OnePlus has introduced two new smartphones in its Ace lineup in the Chinese market: the OnePlus Ace 7 and OnePlus Ace 7 Pro. Both devices focus on performance, gaming, photography, and battery life, featuring high-refresh-rate OLED screens, large-capacity batteries, and 200MP primary cameras.
The new models also bring support for 100W wired fast charging, advanced cooling technology, and powerful Snapdragon processors. While the standard Ace 7 targets users looking for a balanced flagship-style experience, the Ace 7 Pro offers additional features, including a dedicated built-in cooling fan.

OnePlus Ace 7 Series: Display and Design
Both smartphones feature a 6.78-inch OLED panel with a resolution of 1,272 × 2,772 pixels. The display supports a refresh rate of up to 185Hz, offering smoother scrolling, animations, and gameplay.
OnePlus has also equipped the screens with a peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits, which should help improve visibility in bright environments.
With their high refresh rates and gaming-focused hardware, the Ace 7 series is designed to appeal particularly to users who enjoy mobile gaming and multimedia entertainment.
Camera Capabilities of the Ace 7 and Ace 7 Pro
Photography is another major highlight of the new OnePlus smartphones. Both models feature a 200MP primary rear camera with autofocus, optical image stabilization (OIS), and up to 20x digital zoom.
However, their secondary cameras are different.
The standard OnePlus Ace 7 includes an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 112-degree field of view. This makes it suitable for capturing landscapes, group photographs, and wider scenes.
Meanwhile, the Ace 7 Pro comes with a 50MP telephoto camera that supports up to 120x digital zoom. This gives the Pro model additional flexibility when photographing distant subjects.
Hardware, Gaming Performance and Cooling System
OnePlus has equipped the two smartphones with different Snapdragon chipsets. The Ace 7 uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5V series processor, while the Ace 7 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
Both devices also include dedicated gaming hardware, featuring a P4 display processor and a G3 gaming network processor. These components are intended to improve display performance and provide a more responsive gaming experience.
For temperature management, the Ace 7 series uses OnePlus’ Dual-Path Glacier Air-Cooling system. The Ace 7 Pro additionally features an integrated cooling fan, offering an extra thermal management solution during demanding gaming sessions.
The processors are paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, providing fast memory and data access.
On the software side, both smartphones run ColorOS 17, which is based on Android 17.
Massive 9000mAh Battery with 100W Fast Charging
Battery capacity is one of the biggest attractions of the OnePlus Ace 7 lineup. Both models pack a 9,000mAh Glacier battery, which is considerably larger than the batteries commonly found in many mainstream smartphones.
The devices support 100W wired fast charging, allowing users to recharge their phones more quickly than with standard charging solutions.
Another useful addition is system-wide bypass charging. This feature allows supported power delivery to bypass the battery during certain usage scenarios, which can help manage heat while gaming or performing other demanding activities.
The smartphones also carry IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for protection against dust and water exposure under specified testing conditions.
